  Their devices show not to pick up our trash even though we're paid in full. Multiple complaints and no resolution, horrible customer service. They haven't once come back to pick it up and have missed it for a month now, even after we flagged down and spoke directly to the driver. Trips to the dump are cheaper than their service anyway, and reliable.
